On Saturday the 20th we held an ‘Open Day’ at our new HQ for the members’ families and friends, a combination of “show and tell” for them to see what we get up to at those odd hours as well as some activities for the children (and the not-so-young).
We couldn’t miss the chance of having cakes and coffee too, baked by some members and some of the wives.
It was also an ideal opportunity to invite the Hampshire Police and Crime Commissioner to formally open the HQ, which she generously did. A fitting 21st Birthday Present to ourselves – it’s been a long time coming.
